Spring is here!

Spring is upon us once more! The Spring Equinox took place on March 19, 2024, this year.

I love this season for its constant changes, the small ones we get to witness if we take the time to just pause and observe for a moment: From the subtle return of the light to the plants and flowers blooming slowly, spring never ceases to amaze me.

This is the time to plant seeds that will bring you gorgeous flowers throughout summer, and harvest in the fall. It is also a hint to take time for

yourself to make those plans you would like to achieve, and well, to get started on them.

No matter how small they may seem, those steps are important, so try to be precise, go slow, take your time. There is no rush, and everything has a season.

Regardless of how you will spend this month of March, make sure you take time out of your day to take care of yourself, to be kind to yourself, and to pause to witness the elusive beauty of the first hint of spring.
